I got really good at penciling in eyebrows when I lived in Kentucky 5 years ago. Now I want to get good at eyeliner.
It just takes a lot of practice and Q-tips when you make a mistake.
I’m becoming this different person and I suppose I want to project a little different image.
First of all, I’m worth the 5 extra minutes this will take in front of the mirror to do this.
Second, I think if you use pencils right, you can correct any asymmetry that you might have.
I also think that I can hide behind my make-up a little and be less vulnerable.
Eyeliner and mascara makes such a huge difference in my appearance. I like what I see in the mirror when I have on some mascara and eyeliner, and I really don’t like how I look without it. I have gotten lazy over the years and rarely bother to make up my eyes. But you are right, 5 minutes is all it takes, and a Q-tip works for mistakes. I made up my eyes this morning and I felt so much better. I’m going to try to do it every day. What a huge gain, from just 5 minutes!
Yes indeed, we are worth that 5 minutes! ❤

What I would really love to learn to do is to apply false eyelashes, but, I think I’m too clumsy for that. I find mascara difficult to remove, but, I’m beginning with eyeliner which is better than nothing. I’m starting somewhere ❤️
